The Operator is operating the website misrepresenting itself as associated or related to Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. We (including other members of our group) are not related, in any way, directly or indirectly, to the said website and the Operator. We have never authorised any of the activities of the Operator. We have taken appropriate action regarding the said website.

Sun Hung Kai Properties has reported the matter to the Shanghai Police and would like to alert the public that it has no office in the Shanghai Hai Tai Times Tower.
