City Art Square celebrating creativity
Award-winning City Art Square
The Group supports the development of art and culture and works with a variety of organizations to promote art appreciation and encourage creativity in young people. It won an Arts Sponsorship Award from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council in recognition of its efforts in the community.
City Art Square
The Group's SHKP Charitable Fund spent nearly HK$100 million to design and construct the City Art Square in Sha Tin in collaboration with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The project beautifies public space and gives people an opportunity to appreciate works by noted artists up close. The Square won accolades for Outstanding Art Promotion and Outstanding Greater China Design in the 2008 Hong Kong Art and Design Festival, and was the first Hong Kong project to win a prestigious Cityscape Architectural Award in Dubai in 2008.

The Group promotes art and culture by holding activities and exhibitions and staging performance in its malls.
Integrating Art and Community
The Group brings art to the community by creating an arts-friendly atmosphere and providing contact between artists and the public at its major malls, residential developments and hotels as well as with the help of SHKP Club.
Its Ma Wan Park Nature Garden also incorporates artistic elements like showing three-dimensional portraits and holding art appreciation activities. The Group installs pieces by experienced sculptors in some of its estates, and some of these have won international awards.
